  • Learned basic networking skills
  • Installed, wired and/or configured a patch panel, switch, router, and UPS
  • Developed a software license organization system
  • Installed and configured both Windows 2003 and Linux Ubuntu server. Services included: DNS, DHCP, AD, IIS, Exchange, MS SQL, LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, and PHP)

Apalachee Ridge Learning Center

  • Assessed the needs of the existing network infrastructure
  • Acquired donation funding for patch panel to purchase and install
  • Diagnosed workstation problems and fixed network printers
  • Diagramed the network using Microsoft Visio
